    There should be guilt when a woman doesnt breastfeed. Of course it hurts. You think it doesnt hurt cats with 6 kittens on them? Mothers not breast feeding is pure selfish and laziness created by a western culture. The baby will be more prone to suffer all sorts of issues from dental to cancer because mom didnt want to be uncomfortable and we have tip toe around that so they dont face that. Give me a break lol

    I like this Breathwork yet I find it stressful in the end, when I am in a deeper meditative state to feel rushed and stressed by the louder voice in the end “thank you for watching” imminently after the last breath. It would be supportive to have a longer space to stay in the meditate state to music. Thank you! ❤

    I watched an instruction on Buteyko method breathing, which suggested nose exhaling was necessary for increasing CO2 signalling oxygen uptake into blood cells. It was BREATHING AFFECTS HEALTH, MOUTH SHAPE, AND NASAL CONSTRICTION by Reverse Aging Revolution

    Great content. The west is finally caught up on this. Hindus have been doing this for centuries. Hindus start any prayer by saying AUM three times. The AUM ends with a hum on the M as long as you can. Infact my kids were to say AUM 3 times to calm their nerves. I think Buddhist also say AUM.

    I liked that, thank you, many others insist on breathing out through the mouth, but I've always found that uncomfortable, in and out through the nose allows me to sink into it more ❤

    Ive been TBI'd since i was 17 in army im 54 deep breathing works im 100% disabled with brain injury people cant tell less i take my cap off a man seen my biceps at the park and just dropped and started doing pushups😁, if my emotions wouldnt rage at mean people i'd be fine but breathing and finding that happy place is the best medicine anyone can do .

    You're all too fond of catergorizing everyone together Not all people can be vegetarians some get sick trying to doing that .     Nose hairs are a genetic trait prior to razors. While eating the greasy meat from the cooked mastadon leg and chugging beer, one used the nose hairs to tie up the long upper lip hair to keep the food and beer froth off. That way, when he went back to the cave, his wives would not know he was at the bar with the other cro magnons. Also they used nose hairs as anti snore devices, simply by tethering the rocky moutain barking spiders legs to them. When they would start snoring it would wake up thhe sleeping barking spiders who would then bark causing the person to roll onto their side.

    You’re not quite thinking about this properly… What you call humming correspond with the moaning that accompanies sexual stimulation. It makes sense that the nitric oxide boost would happen at the exact moment we need it, to ensure that we get the deed done. This would make a lot more sense, from an evolutionary perspective.

    I don't get rid of my nose hairs (I just trim them so they don't stick out of my nose), but claiming that nose hairs take care of air filtration, etc., is like claiming that I can shovel with a rake... A functional filter looks COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.. .We would have to have so much hair in our nose that not even a snot would want to come out of our nose... :D

    Trim them, but don’t pull them. Pulling them may cause infection into the brain sinuses, as the veins from that part of the face drain into brain sinuses
